1. I understand thatTradelineorder.com and\\\\\\\\or it’s assigns is not a lender. I giveTradelineorder.com and\\\\\\\\or its assigns permission to submit credit application to various lenders and our staff. I verify that all information is true and correct.
2. I understand thatTradelineorder.com. and\\\\\\\\or its assigns is not responsible for the payback of credit. It’s my responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions set forthby the creditor(s) and repay the monies as required by the creditor. This is a legally binding contract and I understand that if I’m not clear on its terms. I should consult an attorney before committing. .
3. I understand that the funding process typically takes 10 to 15 days. .
4. I agree to not apply for ANY other credit while under this contract because it could jeopardize successful funding. .
5. I agree to immediately (within 24 hours) forward by email or fax any denial letters (or approval letters that clearly state my credit limit). I understand that failure to do so can cause significant costly delays or could jeopardize the entire process. .
6. I understand that lines of credit and\\\\\\\\or credit cards are being applied for on my behalf and that while funding is highly likely, SPECIFIC funding amounts are not guaranteed. .
8. I understand that often in introductory rate of 0% for the first 6 Months are possible but NOT Guaranteed. .
9. I understand that there is NO Guarantee regarding the specific APR on credit cards or lines of credit that are acquired and they could be as high as 21%. However, the interest rate on credit cards and lines of credit will likely range anywhere from 0% to 12.99% for 720 plus FICO scores and anywhere from 13% to 18% for 650 to 719 scores, but this is NOT guaranteed! .
10. These will be revolving or installment loans or lines of credit with a GUARANTEED cash advance feature! .
11. I understand that contacts will be made on my behalf to various banks and lenders to check my approval status. .
12. I understand that if a bank or lender calls and asks if I’ve applied for credit, I should say yes! .
13. I understand that if a bank or lender calls and asks for identity verification information or other personal information, I should provide it! .
14. I understand that information will be set up that includes passwords, logins and email addresses (NOT my email) I will NOT change ANY of that information (ESPECIALLY the email addresses) unless funding has been active and paid for. .
15. I understand that in some cases a bank or lender may need additional identity verification information and in those situations we have your permission to call you and request it. .
16. I understand that I should NOT volunteer ANY other information OR ask the bank or lender ANY questions of ANY kind WHATSOEVER! Even if they ask if I have any questions, I should say NO, I do not! I should limit my conversation to what THEY ask ME! If I disregard this, I understand that I will likely LOSE ANY CHANCE of funding! .
17. I understand there is a 10% depending on the lenders processing fee for each individual line of credit I am approved for. .
18. I understand that payment of each 15% processing fee is to be made within 48 hours of each credit line activate (use the cash advance feature). If late, a PENALTY of a full 5%OF THE LINE VALUE will be added! .
19. I understand that I’m REQUIRED to make my processing payment by DIRECT DEPOSIT or WIRE TRANSFER. .
20. DEATH PENALTY: If the 15% processing fee is not paid within 24 hours of when the funds were made available to the borrower, in addition to the penalty fee described above ALL credit cards lines of credit will be closed with NO chance of being reopened and collections in the amount owed toTradelineorder.com will be place on all three credit bureaus of borrower’s credit file for SEVEN years (causing the FICO score to Plummet). Then it will be referred to our attorney’s office for collection .

Non Circumvent Agreement .
1. Throughout the application process, APPLICANT may learn the names telephone numbers and contact information of investors, borrowers, lenders, agents, brokers, banks, lending corporations, individuals and\\\\\\\\or trust or buyers and sellers hereinafter called “Contacts”. With this agreement, the APPLICANT acknowledges accepts and agrees that the identities of CONTACTS will recognized by APPLICANT as exclusive and valuable contacts of the CONSULTANT and will remain so for a period of 2 years after the date hereof. .
2. APPLICANT, and\\\\\\\\or their firm, company, associates, corporation, joint ventures, partnerships, divisions, subsidiaries, employees, agents, heirs, assigns, designers, co-­‐-­‐-­‐ brokers, or consultants will not contact, deal with negotiate or participate in any transaction with any of the contacts despite the place of actual execution. Such confidential will include any names, address, telephone, facsimile numbers and\\\\\\\\or other pertinent information disclosed or revealed by the CONSULTANT. .
3. In case of circumvention, the APPLICANT agrees and guarantees they will pay a legal monetary penalty that is equal to TRIPLE the fee the CONSULTANT would have realized in the transaction. .
4. If CONSULTANT must commerce legal proceedings to interpret or enforce the terms of the “fee agreement” or “non-­‐-­‐-­‐circumvent agreement,” APPLICANT is aware CONSULTANT will be entitled to recover court cost and reasonable attorney fees. .
5. _ This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the city of Los Angeles, Ca. the parties agree that exclusively the courts in and for the state of California shall determine any dispute arising out of the Agreement. APPLICANT and CONSULTANT will construe the “fee agreement” and “non-­‐-­‐-­‐circumvent agreement” to be in accordance with the laws of the state of California. If any provision of this agreement is found to be void by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in force and effect. .
6. This agreement contains the entire understanding between the APPLICANT and CONSULTANT any waiver, amendment of modification to this agreement will be subject to the above conditions and must be attached hereto. .

8. Arbitration: Any questions, claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration, except with respect to disputes regarding breaches of confidentiality.
